own a condo at Harbor Isle but live in CT - so am not familiar with most local services and companies. After reading many reviews online about Heaven's Best, I scheduled an appointment. Curtis was great - he showed up on time and did an excellent job, was extremely professional and courteous. We bought the condo 5 years ago and the carpets were stained wen we first arrived. We had another company clean the carpets a few years ago and some of the stains came out, then returned. I was not happy with the results and resigned myself to the idea that the carpets would never look good and would need to be replaced. After using Heaven's Best, I have to say that I am stunned at the amazing results. The carpets actually look brand new with the exception of a furniture stain under my ottoman that will not come out. (I was advised by Larry before i scheduled the apt that this would probably be the case.) And it really was dry in an hour so we were able to salvage our vacation day :) I will definitely use Heaven's Best going forward and will recommend to anyone, with confidence. I just wish there was a Heavens Best in my area that I could use for my CT house!!
